Ideal diet for people Galit Goldfarb | TEDxWilmington

Galith Goldfarb begins with his own story – turning into bulimia as a teenager, and decides to learn all he can about science and nutrition in college but still does not achieve health. She studied medicine, finding a clinic after her return. But everyone with whom he was treated felt better only in the short term. She was also diagnosed with cancer. She began to learn all about human health, reading from all the scientific fields until she could understand the answer: the guerrilla diet (choosing a food that opposes everything she has learned!). Goldfarb takes us through ancient human history, demonstrating evidence of the earliest health and nutrition of people (living in their 70s and eating plants, nuts, fruits and legumes), and how people are moving away from this diet. The cancer is free (no radiation), its last argument is simple – while the "omnivorous" diet can be better in the short term in the long term, it is unhealthy not only for us but for our planet as well.

Galit Goldfarb has been working in healthcare for more than 22 years. While working in various research laboratories and with many private clients, Galith has written eight books on health and personal development, including the # 1 International Bestseller "The Guerrilla Diet and Lifestyle Program," based on her in-depth research on the ideal diet for people. Galith is a professional member of the American Nutrition Association and the American Society of Nutrition and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Nutrition, a Master of Medicine degree with honors, and has studied immunology for postgraduate studies. Currently, Galith holds a PhD in Nutrition. Galith offers seminars, conversations, online programs and training to help people achieve optimal health.
