Some computer problems prevented me from doing things earlier, but fortunately I managed to do it. Many of you wanted to hear me talk more about how to start eating healthier, more nutritious, dense foods. This is a great conversation, but I wanted to start just, just to focus on getting whole foods, focusing on vegetables and getting a good amount of each macro element.
