In this video, I show you what I like to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and what I like to eat to keep up 2400 calories a day that my body needs to gain more weight. I do not like eating junk food and fast food to gain weight. I prefer to make my own meals at home, which saves me a lot of money and also ensures that I consume healthy options for my body. I believe in eating caloric dense foods that have calories that are not consumed by too much fat and sugar. I'm not saying I do not eat sugar and fatty foods because I do it. But I want to make sure that most of what I eat is not consumed by these things. Especially because the goal is for most of my weight gain to be mostly muscle. Muscles need protein rather than something else to grow. I'm trying to consume at least 70% of my body weight in grams of protein or more to make sure my muscles are constantly growing while lifting weights. If you raise and do not consume enough protein, your muscles will not grow. That's why some of the foods I mentioned in this video contain a lot of protein. You do not have to eat meat to get your whole protein. As I mentioned, there are many foods that are high in protein, even snacks. I hope this was useful!
