Yucca chips are known as:

These fried thinly cut unripe bananas are a great breakfast and are also healthy.

It is believed that bananas originated in Malaysia about 4000 years ago and were introduced, especially in the Mediterranean countries through India around 300 BC. Thanks to Macedonia, Alexander the Great.

Bananas were introduced to Africa by Arab merchants and were discovered in the 15th century by the Portuguese scientists of Vasco da Gama who took them to North and South America.

Bananas are mostly used in the United States in the later part of the 19th century and only in coastal cities because they were not able to transport far due to its instability. In the 20th century, with the development of cooling and fast transportation, bananas became widely available in the United States.

The coats (my preferred way to name them) are green banana or green loaves and can be described as a "potato" chip. The slivers are thin slices of frills that are deeply fried and sprinkled with salt. They are a delicious breakfast, like potato chips.

Although green bananas and greens look the same. There are several differences. Visually, green animals are larger than green bananas. Both are equally starchy. Still, with little difference in taste. When cooking, the green bread has a stronger "chip" flavor, while the green banana has a smoother, smoother flavor.

I believe that mature bananas (yellow) are fruit and immature bananas (green), vegetables. My recipe requires immature green bananas. You can also use green bread. Make sure the skin is dark green.

Such chips are a snack because they are rich in potassium, which helps regulate heart function and fluid balance.

Banana and lobster contain vitamin A (including pro-vitamin A carotenoids) and vitamin C.

Immature green bananas help prevent high blood pressure, reduce the risk of stroke, have protease inhibitors and antacid effects to protect against stomach ulcers and suppress acid secretion that causes ulcer injury. Bananas and bananas help bone health (potassium counteracts increased calcium loss in the urine, helping to prevent rapid bone thinning).

An important nutritional fact for bananas and lobster, it has a hydrocolloid that is soluble fiber and helps normalize the movement through the digestive tract to ease constipation. Bananas are rich in short-chain fatty acids (known as SCFAs) and fructo-oligosaccharides (prebiotics that feed probiotic bacteria in the colon), thus improving the ability to absorb nutrients (especially calcium) and digestive enzymes.

Peel banana and cut as thin as possible (along strips, sticks or circle) or with a knife, mandolin, or a thin knife food process. The thinner you will cut the banana, the more crisp or cleaner it will be. Cutting a small thickness will give it a different texture and taste.

Do not necessarily soak the cut bananas in water. Again, it is not required.

Fry deep in butter (or vegetables, peanuts, rape, saffron or coconut) for about 2 minutes or become a dark-golden tan. Refresh again to get more crisp texture. Drain on a paper towel, if necessary. Add salt and enjoy.
