This truth is simple and therefore easy to explain. You have to eat to live. But the choice of what you eat is yours. There is an individual, specific diet that best supports the health, function and longevity of each animal. The right diet for people is based on starch. The more rice, corn, potatoes, sweet potatoes and grains you will eat, the harder you will be the trimmer and the healthier – and with these same foods you will also help preserve the planet Earth.
