Dietary fibers are mostly non-combustible fibers and kidney substances, which are mainly found in plant foods such as cereals, vegetables, fruit, seeds or legumes. Fibers increase feelings of satiety, enhance digestion, barely affect the level of blood sugar and so optimally support the diet. Because their consumption prevents craving or blockage. Instead of carbohydrates, fat deposits are used to generate energy. Specifically: We burn lots of fat. Fibers from high fat foods such as avocado, nuts, and seeds complement the diet focused on other proteins at this stage and make us feel full.

Stage 2: Week 3 + 4

In the second stage, more carbohydrates are allowed: 50 grams a day. Important: Choose carbohydrates with high carbohydrate content and the above mentioned food. The level of blood sugar and insulin in that period falls to a low, even level. This prevents (hot) hunger and thus automatically increases stamina.
