Is not this a contradiction?
On the contrary: to stay skinny or to remain thin works only with pleasure. It includes good food as well as good shopping, good cooking and an ideal good company. "The world belongs to the one who enjoys it," the Italian poet Giacomo Leopardi (1798-1837) already knew.
Pleasure, however, requires time …
That's right. And if we do not take them, we will slip – and that will always be on our account. Then we also buy some of them something unknowingly. This "sausage-cheese scenario" unfortunately makes the number on the ladder jump upwards.
French women are masters in enjoyment but do not eat very low calorie values. Why do you still stay slender?
It's easy to answer. French women live their lives in the full sense – in the true sense of the word. But we see only a part of their lifestyle. What we do not see most of the time: the rest of the time is very disciplined, moving a lot, drinking three liters of water a day, having breakfast, maybe eating tomatoes with goat's cheese at lunch time. In the evening you can see beautiful French in foie gras as an appetizer, Côte de Bœuf with a Béarnaise sauce and Fisole wrapped in bacon as a main course, and eventually butter Epoisses. If you look better, you find that you miss carbohydrates, especially in the evening: do not eat cheese sauce, steak potatoes and fondant au chocolat that most cost with espresso spoon. They are drinking champagne and best wines. But freedom of living, eating, drinking and still being slim has its price, which many French women are willing to pay. Many have grown up with this way of life; the mothers have already shown it to them.
What can we ask of the French?
Surely they are lively. French people do not think about diets or their weight. They live simply and enjoy – but they compensate for it moderately. French people have a balanced, long-term understanding of nutrition and their needs.
Do people overweight get overwhelmed?
Safe. If you want to lose weight, you have to eat – do not carve carrots, sip cabbage soup, and hope the day will end soon. But it is also clear that with a large part of lasagne in the evening I will not really get to the desired destination. Never more lasagne? Also wrong! I recommend a normal lunch and a large, crunchy salad. Or in the evening, instead of a flask-tin dough with fresh Bolognese and parmesan on top. With both variants, it can be wonderful to lose weight and both varieties have a good taste. The secret is: to eat better, not less. And watch over time.
A child who makes you a daddy
They only bring frustration. Disturb yourself, you are hungry, you are moody or even unhappy. The few pounds you have lost in trouble return faster than one drachma.
Because through caste you come to "craving," which causes an unstoppable desire and probably even overwhelming. Finally, you take even more and maybe even hate yourself.
Eat better, no less!
