What happens during reflex foot massage?

Reflexological foot massage should be done by trained naturopath, masseur, doctor or physiotherapist. This is sought after complaints or any existing state of affairs and can also exclude reasons that reflect reflexology.

In advance, the therapist examines the feet for injury or nuisance. Do not bother reflexology massage by dividing foot feet into the zones and points developed by Fitzgerald (see chart). Thus, positive reactions in the appropriate organ, muscle or wrist activate and the symptoms disappear.

As a rule, reflex foot massage lasts about 20-45 minutes. Depending on the condition, foot reflex massage should be run two to three times a week.
