So far, do you think fructose is healthier than conventional refined sugar in the table and it does not thicken so fast? It would be nice! Unfortunately, in the supposedly healthy "sweet fruit" the absolute opposite is the case: sugar from tasty fruits begins very quickly – and above all on the stomach. Before you continue to cool cold fruits at hot temperatures all day, you should know which varieties are among the greatest sugar beats.
According to studies, fructose affects lipid metabolism and prevents us from losing weight
In fructose and table sugar there is exactly the same number of calories, and 400 to 100 grams. This means that two sugars are theoretically converted into the same amount of fat. Still, fructose is a dangerous fatty acid because it affects the metabolism of body fat. The research group of the German Institute for Nutrition Research in Potsdam and the experiment at the University of California made the same conclusion independently of each other: fructose, also called fructose, begins especially on the stomach.
Fructose causes stomach uplift
Fructose is kept in the body, especially in the stomach. As if it is not corrosive enough, the belly is considered particularly dangerous. Because the flab in the middle of the body is considered a risk factor for cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, and even cancer. The World Health Organization recommends that you do not consume more than 25 grams of sugar per day. By comparison, Western industrialized countries often spend four times more.
Slimming: Fruit with a little fructose
Of course, do not totally refrain from delicious fruit, which with fructose is also a lot of important vitamins. However, there are some types of fruits that store very little fructose, so you can carelessly mint: apricots, peaches, mangoes, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and papyas.
Most fructose include grapes, cherries, apples, pears and bananas.
