Behati Prinsloo shares a rare photo of her daughters – and an important message

Behati Prinsloo's latest Instagram post is something special. It gives her approximately 5.8 million followers a rare glimpse into her life as a mother of two. Prinsloo and her husband, Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine, usually keep photos of their two daughters Gio Grace and Dusty Rose on social media and rarely post photos of girls. But for the important message, Prinsloo has now made an exception.

You can't see the Namibian model in a glamorous suit or in a sexy pose in a slightly blurry photo. Instead, he shows himself in a typical situation – a lush crowd with his young daughters: wearing one-year-old Gio Grace in the front, and this still stands with his right hand. With her left hand, she covers two-year-old Dusty Rose, picking her up. Sam Prinsloo wears a comfortable long T-shirt, black cycling shorts, colorful socks and slippers.

The picture commented on them, "On sleepless nights, bloody nipples, crying, laughing, top heights and deepest depths and everything in between, I won't change anything. Being a mother because of Dusty and Gio makes me strong, motivated and empowering." the words make it clear that her girls are one and all and that they would not trade with anyone in the world, despite the circumstances and difficulties that motherhood sometimes brings.

The posting is Behati's contribution to the campaign launched by colleague Kate Upton under the hashtag #sharestrong. In it, the model invited his fans and followers to announce what makes them strong. She also said her biggest inspiration was her eight-month-old daughter Genevieve.

Other stars have also made themselves known under the hashtag via social media – including "Desperate Housewives" star Teri Hatcher and "Sinner" actress Jessica Biel, who posted on their Instagram accounts how she did it without makeup.
