Not only is the dough a little calorie, it replenishes your protein balance and is also faster than traditional pizza dough. Plus, you only need 2 (!) Ingredients. So you can even grab this pizza before or after exercise and do something for your own gain. We think it's phenomenal!

    Low Carb Pizza Recipe:

    For pizza pizza dough, substitute flour and yeast for tuna and eggs. Yes, well heard: you don't need the floor anymore.

    This is how it works:

    1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
    2. Squeeze three cans of the can in your own juice
    3. Put the tuna in the container and squeeze the remaining liquid with a cloth until the fish is dry

    And then it just means: Enjoy! If you now think that pizza only tastes like tuna, you are wrong – you notice remarkably little fish. Another tip: do not roll the dough too thinly, otherwise pizza will not be good to eat manually.
