You can use your morning coffee (after it has cooled down) to make a mask that can sit on your face while you are ready. Simply mix a quarter cup of milk, a tablespoon of coffee and a teaspoon of honey and apply them to your cleansed skin. Leave the rest for 20 minutes and rinse.

One common assumption is that drinking coffee can cause acne, but scientific research has not yet confirmed this claim. Instead of caffeine, which causes acne directly, some experts argue that coffee leads to increased anxiety and stress, causing the adrenal glands to increase androgen production. This leads to increased production of skin cells, leading to clogged pores and acne. For this reason, you should try to limit caffeine intake if you suffer from clogged pores.
