Wild Rose The herbal D-Tox is a colon cleansing program designed to rid the body of waste resulting from normal body functions and environmental pollutants, such as pesticides. The program includes following a meal plan and taking four herbal supplements for a period of twelve days. Whole grains are a good breakfast option as you re-detoxify.

Step 1

Take two tablets of each of the Cleansaherb, Biliherb and Laxaherb herbal preparations and 30 drops of the CL herbal extract for breakfast and dinner, just before eating.

Step 2

Carefully follow the diet. The program divides foods into four groups: foods that cause an acidic reaction in the body during digestion. Foods that cause an alkaline reaction in the body during digestion. neutral foods. and foods you should avoid altogether.

Step 3

Limit the intake of foods that cause an acidic reaction in the body to no more than 20% of your diet while on the program. These foods include eggs, meat, beans, peas, white rice and seeds, coffee and tea.

Step 4

Eat a lot of foods that cause an alkaline reaction in the body. During this program, 80% of your diet should consist of foods such as brown rice, buckwheat, millet, almonds, popcorn, soybeans, potatoes, tomatoes and fruits such as pears, peaches, apples and cherries.
