To anyone who talks about blemishes, that usually means annoying pimples on their face. What is often forgotten: In many cases, impurities are not limited to typical acne regions but extend to the back, arms or even the buttocks.
While this may seem less serious at first glance (after all, these regions are mostly covered in clothing), they cause equally grief to the sick: using make-up and Co on the back turns out to be quite difficult. But don’t worry, you don’t have to say goodbye to backless clothing – if you adhere to these tips, you should get rid of body acne soon.
How To Fight Impurity And Pimples On Your Body
1. Change your shower gel
We understand: The coconut shower gel you love so much just smells heavenly to rest. The fragrances that they not only can cause irritation and blemishes, but those with a tendency to bloody skin are likely to lack useful ingredients: salicylic acid exfoliates the outer layer of the skin and removes pores from clogging; Glycolic acid releases skin from dead skin cells; Lactic acid soothes irritated skin. It is worth looking for a shower gel with these ingredients.
2. shower immediately after sport
Take a shower while playing sports? Depending on what the communal showers look like at our sports club, we would rather wait until we get home. Impurity-prone skin immediately thanks to pimples. This is because sweat provides the bacteria on our skin with an optimal breeding ground. So no excuses and exclusion in the shower! After that, you feel much better after all.
3. Use a gentle exfoliator
Those who are prone to bad skin are likely to fall for the idea of using an exfoliant. But just like with your facial skin, the one who exaggerates applies here, irritating the skin even more. Two to three times a week before showering for body scrubs should be sufficient. You should use a gentle exfoliation and after-shower cream to soothe any irritation.
4. Change clothes
This is especially true of warm weather. We have already mentioned this: sweat increases the likelihood of blemishes on the body. Who knows that in a hot climate, you sweat a lot, so think of another shirt (made of natural materials!). By the way, you should also wash your bras more often than you think: they provide optimal breeding ground for bacteria and are therefore one of the main causes of your bacteria (back acne).
5. Ask your dermatologist for advice
If you have tried everything and nothing really wants to help, it may be time to seek the advice of a dermatologist. The fact that the problem can hide pimples on the skin under clothing does not mean that the problem is less acute. A dermatologist can identify your problem and even mix you with creams that are tailored to your skin.
