There are various ways to bake a biscuit, cauliflower, cooked, roast – but we prefer to bake it. Cooking can cause the flowers to accumulate excessively and to pinch, make them healthy and (in some cases) inedible. Put your trust in it, a steamy cauliflower that is light, sweet and slightly crunchy. The best part is, it's easy to do and you can do it even if you don't have a stove. Steaming cappuccino in a covered bowl in the microwave is extremely fast and an easy way to achieve the same results as the steamer.

Turn the cauliflower so that the fat base faces the roof.
Peel the leaves from the sides of the head and cut them with a sharp knife around the end of the stem to remove them.
Separate the corkscrews from the cauliflower head. Slide the knife between each flower trunk and the center of the cauliflower to cut the individual stems from the head. Put the florets in a colander and rinse with cold water to remove dirt and garbage.
Place cauliflower fillets in a large microwave bowl and add about 1/4 cup water.
Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap.
Microwave the cauliflower florets at high for three minutes. Remove the bowl from the microwave and allow it to cover for two minutes. This allows the steam to cook the cauliflower without boiling the water.
Carefully remove the plastic wrap from the bowl. Cauliflower must be tender and aromatic. Serve immediately.
