ONE MUST get consistent early nights to ensure you succeed in a healthy weight loss lifestyle. More early nights means healthier and faster metabolism + you'll have more nervous energy for the next day as your organs get the rest they need to function healthy.

A high-fat, low-fat lifestyle creates wonders for long-term weight loss transformations. EVER I have never seen fruit or rice fat. People slip into fat and wonder why they are fat.

I am talking SO MUCH not lean body fat because someone is not moving their body and wondering why there is no tight stomach. Conversion to weight loss will happen when you do the right thing. High carbohydrates, low fat, early nights, constant hydration, etc.

Participate in your favorite activities to build the toned body you want. Do at least 3 hours of light sweat sports every week. Cycling, running, boxing, brisk walking, wheel chair and more. Its easy to lose weight, but to build a toned body you MUST! 🙂 And eat enough calories with carbohydrates so that an active adventure-filled lifestyle is EASY to maintain !! So many people make the mistake of not eating enough carbohydrate calories EVERYDAY !! It's like you want to be a big spend at $ 5 a day! HOW TO FOLLOW THE CALORIES OF GETTING POSSIBLE FOR YOUR WEIGHT !!

My recommendations for anyone who wants to get fit + stay fit + gain muscle + burn fat is 10g carbs per kilogram bodyweight per day MINIMUM (even on weekends) and 1g carbohydrates per kilogram bodyweight per hour, when training, I personally drink enough water, so Im pizz & # 39; n at least 10 times a day CLEAN and several times a night. If my urine is yellow or straw, I just break a quart and I'm good to go. Keep salt intake low. Healthy plant-based foods contain all the sodium we need, without creating the excess weight gain from sodium retention that the added salt can bring.
