The skin on the hands and feet may darken during prolonged exposure to sunlight. Even a little sun rises daily with the years and can make the skin darker than the natural color of the skin. Your skin may also darken there with sun-tanned or sun-tanned products. If the skin on your hands and feet is darker than desired, there are many things you can do to make it easier. With repeated treatment, you will notice that the skin gradually lightens over time.

Wash your hands and feet with a hydroxy acid detergent. Hydroxy acids stimulate the regeneration of skin cells. As a result, younger, lighter cells in your skin will be produced more quickly to replace older, damaged or stained cells. Toners, serums, lotions and creams also contain hydroxy acids.
Peel your hands and feet with a body scrub and natural shade. Dead skin cells are found on the surface of the skin. If your skin is darker due to the sun's rays, sliding these cells helps to lighten your skin. Likewise, when these cells darken with self-tanning lotion, your skin will become brighter if you regularly peel off.
Apply whitening cream to your hands and feet. The whitening cream gradually brightens your skin. You should apply it regularly for several weeks before you see any results. Most drugstores and cosmetics stores have super-anti-pollution whitening creams. Contact your doctor for stronger varieties if you need a prescription whitening cream.
Get a peel. In this process, the chemicals are applied to the backs of the hands and feet. These chemicals react with your skin and burn the upper layers of the skin effectively. The underlying layers of the skin are less damaged by the sun and therefore lighter.
Try microdermabrasion. This intensive exfoliation procedure removes the upper layers of your skin with a small abrasive. Once your skin is healed, it will appear lighter and less damaged. You can get microdermabrasion from most dermatologist offices.
Apply sunscreen on your hands and feet daily. Any degree of sun exposure can lead to darker skin. If you are out for a long time, choose protective clothing such as socks and gloves.
Wet your hands and feet regularly. Many of the procedures that lighten your skin can also dry your skin.
