Healthy Weight Loss Cereal Recipe For Weight Loss
Preparation time 15-20 minutes, for 1-2 people
- 180 grams of seed dates and crumbs
- 100 grams (gluten free) of flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 45 ml of almond milk
- 70 ml agave syrup
- 100 grams of peanut butter (without palm oil)
In a bowl, mix Seedheart Dates & Crunch with flour, cinnamon and salt. Mix almond milk, agave syrup and peanut butter until smooth.
Preheat the oven to 180 °, transfer the mixture to a greased mold and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool, almost!
